It applies to our website at ovidorg.org, our community initiative Experience Springfield Township, and the technology and communication services we provide to nonprofits and businesses ("clients") that we build websites, apps, and programs for.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except subprocessors (such as our messaging provider) strictly to deliver the messaging service you requested. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers (such as hosting, email, analytics, and SMS/messaging providers like Twilio) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to provide our services. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
